Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately terminated and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the winbox1 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winbox1 makes no representation that the services described on this website are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Access to or use of winbox1 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorised and may constitute a breach of local law for which you are solely responsible.

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the winbox1 platform. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winbox1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify winbox1 immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
winbox1 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. winbox1 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification documents are received and approved. Accounts that fail KYC verification within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.
Deposits to your winbox1 account may be made via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, GrabPay, and USDT. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 unless a different minimum is displayed at the point of transaction. winbox1 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 1–2 hours via Touch n Go eWallet for standard amounts. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30. winbox1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is substantial or where account activity has triggered internal risk review procedures.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit to your account, or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. winbox1 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. winbox1 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of MYR 10 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified by email prior to the application of any maintenance fee.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by winbox1 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game categories will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the account is closed or the bonus is cancelled before wagering requirements are met.
winbox1 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-member promotions, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or any other activity designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion. winbox1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and restrict or terminate accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Participation in the winbox1 Rewards programme is governed by the Rewards programme terms published on the Rewards page. winbox1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
winbox1 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets that exceed applicable table or market limits, bets placed after an event has commenced in contravention of applicable rules, and bets placed in circumstances where winbox1 suspects an error in odds or pricing.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in odds, pricing, or payout calculation — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data provider error — winbox1 reserves the right to void the affected bet or settle it at the correct price. winbox1 will not be liable for any losses arising from its exercise of this right.
All casino game outcomes on the winbox1 platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) in the case of virtual games, or by live broadcast from regulated studios in the case of live dealer games. winbox1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures reflect long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Sportsbook bets are settled according to the specific rules for each sport and market, as published in the winbox1 Sportsbook rules documentation. In the absence of specific rules for an event or market, winbox1's general trading decisions will be final.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts suspended for breach of these Terms may have their balances frozen pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winbox1 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winbox1's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
In the event of a dispute or complaint, Members should first contact winbox1's live support team with full details of the issue. winbox1 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a Member is not satisfied with winbox1's resolution, the matter may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority.
winbox1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material amendments that affect Member rights or obligations, winbox1 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice via email to registered Members. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Members who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the winbox1 platform and may request account closure. Real-money balances will be returned as described in Section 11 above.
